Sparrow Fin — Partner / Referral Agreement (Indicative Summary)
- The Partner will refer prospective borrowing customers to Sparrow Fin along with the information and documents reasonably required to assess the opportunity.
- Sparrow Fin will route each referred opportunity to one or more funding partners (banks/NBFCs) for independent assessment. Sparrow Fin does not guarantee approval or disbursal of any opportunity.
- Where a funding partner approves and disburses a referred opportunity, Sparrow Fin will pay the Partner a referral fee, the percentage of which is agreed on a per-transaction basis and communicated to the Partner in writing (via the portal) before disbursal.
- The Partner confirms that all customer information submitted is provided with the customer's knowledge and consent, and that the Partner will handle customer data responsibly and in accordance with applicable law.
- Referral fees are subject to applicable taxes (GST where applicable) and tax deduction at source (TDS) as required by Indian tax law.
- Sparrow Fin may approve, reject, or suspend a Partner's account at its discretion, including for non-compliance with these terms or applicable regulation.
- This summary does not create any exclusivity, minimum volume commitment, or employment relationship between the Partner and Sparrow Fin.
